Should I be keeping better records of my internet purchases for state sales tax purposes?

Each year on my state income tax form, there is a line for purchases made online for which I was not charged state sales tax. I don't do a lot of purchasing online, about average, I suppose, and I don't keep track of whether I've been charged state tax or not. I generally just put down "-0-", indicating that no additional taxes are owed. Should I be more careful to be accurate? I can't imagine that it would be much money, but is it a matter of integrity and honesty?

Yes the revenue they are missing out on will be too tempting for state and probably the federal government to leave alone.
