I have had this happen, and it is very unsettling. I don't really use the language they do in songs so I find myself trying very hard to stop it, so I listen to other songs and hope it fades away. Then I ask myself why was I listening to that song in the first place to learn those words.

This always happen to me. XD I just try to listen to another song which I like so that I'd totally erase the previous song in my memory. :) If I have no access to any radio or player, I'll just repeatedly sing a song to myself so I could forget about the previous ugly song. XD

You are probably listening to the wrong genre of music. Too bad; but, you could always start listening to classical, jazz, and other classy genres and develop a less problematic taste.
In the meantime, I'd say if your tune encourages your libido, go for it!

"Sing! Sing a song! Sing out loud! Sing out strong! Don't worry that it's too darned smutty for anyone else to hear! Just sing, sing a song! La la la la la, la la la la la la, la la la la la la la...."
Seriously, THAT old Carpenters' song (with a slight change in the lyrics) will replace ANY old song stuck in your brain, and it might make you laugh at yourself at the same time! However, good luck getting this new song out of your head!
(My initial answer to your question was going to be to suggest that you go down to a busy street corner and start belting it out. That reminded me of the "sing out strong" line, and that reminded me that I've used the la-la-la's before to replace unwanted songs.)
Good luck!
P.S. If you don't know the song I'm referring to - and most folks under the age of 40 might not - I'm attaching a link below.
