Conundrum Next Conundrum
Do you have experience teaching yoga to your baby, toddler or preschooler? If so, how has this worked out for you and your child...
... in regards to sleep, relaxation, improved moods and attitudes, fine & gross motor development and self-esteem of the child? Would you recommend it and was it easy to teach to your child?

My son used to like to do my pregnancy yoga with me.. I wasn't necessarily teaching him he just saw me doing it and would try to do it too. He enjoyed the him and mom time as dad was so not interested in pregnancy yoga lol
he does have excellent motor skills but I'm not sure the yoga did that. He also slept well after but could be because he spent much of the video dancing to the music. (He does this adorable little foot stump jig) Yoga on a whole is good for pretty much everyone though.. so when he gets old enough to actually teach (he's only 1 1/2)Yes, I'll probably have him doing yoga.
