If I could afford to do so..... and by afford I am referring to financially, mentally, physically, and emotionally...... then I definitely would! I think it would be such a blessing to be able to share your love with a special needs child. The fact that you even posed the question tells me that you care! =) It is important that you are healthy and capable to take on that journey! That is very important.
I think it would be a wonderful thing to do!!!
