I wouldn't take a chance anywhere.com, but should it not be safe, your computer will be first to let you know! Its wise to have quality antivirus software installed and working, regardless of where you go, as hackers, and virus' are getting smart with the times, and are learning to adapt to most of the means by which we think are safe. And just because you have virus software does not make you immune to attacks, just means you are less likely than others to be affected by as much.

No. Lanloy.com has been accused of fraudulent activity, including phishing and scamming (1). I checked out a cache for the about page and the fact that is registered in China seems a bit suspect, as its claiming to sell numerous high-end brands and is obviously catering to non-Chinese. There are also postings in forums labeling Lanloy's products as fakes (2).
