What do I get my mother on her 60th birthday?
I'd like to get her something special, but I have to send the gift overseas and I don't want it to get damaged or lost. I would also prefer not to buy it online because I'd like to see the gift before I send it (depending on the gift) and send a handwritten greeting card with it.

What does she enjoy? Does she have the time to curl up and read a good book? Or is there something special in your life you would like to share with her and can represent it in a gift? Maybe a tribute to her of some sort?
