No, I don't want to lose a year of my life, be it on the moon or Disneyland. If I can't remember it afterwards, I can't remember what a great time I had and so it's just a year lost.
Memories are worth quite a bit and can actually make the trip last the rest of your life.

Our life is meaningful because of our memories. Memories define who we are and we learn from it. All my vacations are enjoyable because they are memorable. I wouldn’t want any time of my life when I lose my memories, and least of all when they are valuable memories.
What good is traveling around the world and enjoying your time when you cannot remember it? It is better to travel for few days which you can remember fondly for the rest of your life then a whole year at the best places in the world without recollection of anything.

Yes! I would do it in a heartbeat.
I work hard to live my life and to be in the moment. For me, living in the 'now' can be hard most of the time since I live in my head.
Having a whole year to vacation, explore and just 'be'... is well worth the non-memory.
You never know when your last day will be, and who knows...? I could get hit on the head with a rock anytime and loose part or all of my memory and have picked not to take the one year trip!
