The man accused of stalking Erin Andrews has been arrested. Max sentence for interstate stalking is 5 years. What should his sentence be?
This is, of course, assuming he's guilty. However, it seems like they have a really good case.

I honestly have no idea what his sentence should be...
on one hand it would be really easy to say he should get the maximum 5 years. However its not a mandatory sentence and so it depends on the evidence and testimony presented to the judge. I haven't seen any of it and so I can't make an informed decision. I'll leave it up to the jurors to decide his guilt, and the judge to determine the sentence.
