I'm not sure how you would get an answer if a person wouldn't under any circumstances admit they watch a particular program, after all this question would count as a circumstance, but I will reluctantly admit to my semi-secret television vice.

I am usually trying to hide that I watch "One Life to Live" a daily soap opera. I don't try that hard as we can see from this answer but there does seem a stigma attached to men who watch soap operas so I won't usually mention how I like to watch this program.

I think my mind has just created this stigma as nobody has ever expressed any prejudice at me for finding out this not so closely guarded secret. I just got hooked on following along and it was actually a dislike of one of the main characters that keeps me watching. I really do not like Stacy Morasco and tune in when I can to see if she ever gets caught in the ruthlessly manipulative plans and actions she gets involved in and with. I just keep wanting her to get tripped up and fail.. but it never happens. Stacy always seems to out smart her sister or just about anyone who crosses her path.
